Get ready for a culinary adventure through France and the Basque Country as we introduce our next guest chef Stefano Armentano.
Amentano is head chef and owner of Small French Bar in Footscray. Melbourne foodies flock to this classic brasserie for a taste of their authentic French cuisine. A classically trained chef, Amentano is passionate about French food, with an innate love for hospitality which he attributes to his Italian heritage.
We’re excited to pair Armentano with our very own Leigh Robbins, to create un banquet extraordinaire encapsulating flavours from Paris all the way down to San Sebastian.
