Corner Deck
Overlooking Williamstown Beach, our multi level deck has great vibes and magnificent sunset views. The Corner Deck is located adjacent to our Function Room. Access to amenities is through the main dining room (or via the Function Room if booked in conjunction with that space).
This space can be booked with wait staff who will be offering roaming canapes and drinks service.
Add the Corner Deck space to a Function Room booking to enjoy an indoor/outdoor event.

Information
Booking Times
Available booking times are 12-2.45pm, 3-5.45pm and 6-8.45pm. Unfortunately time extensions are not available in this space, however double duration bookings are possible - speak to our team for more info.

Seated
Not available in this space.
Standing
Up to 50 standing. Canapes and grazing table options available. High tables and stools can be placed around the space.
SERVICE FEE
A 5% charge applies to all functions on the Corner Deck. The full amount is distributed to the staff as tips. If you feel the staff have done a great job you are very welcome to leave an additional tip.
Deposit & Payment
- $500 deposit. Deposits are fully refundable until 30 days prior to the booking date (Except for December where a 60 day cancellation policy applies).
- Final numbers, dietary requirements and full payment for the menu is required minimum 7 days prior to the booking date.
- Payment for any extras (requests for additional food or drinks) is required at end of the function, including a ‘room hire’ fee if the minimum spend is not met.

A few things to consider
Drinks Service
All bookings are required to be on the Corner Deck Drinks Package.
- $40 per person
- Choose 2 House Wines (Sparkling, Semillon Sauvignon, Rosé or Malbec)
- Estrella Beer (cans)
- Soft drinks
Waitstaff will provide 'roaming' drinks service. Unfortunately we do not have capacity at our Beach Bar for Corner Deck guests to order their own drinks at the bar, or for cocktails to be included in the package/tab. For 12pm bookings we may be able to serve a pre-ordered number of one cocktail selection 'on arrival' - ask our functions team for more details.
Minimum Spends
For most Function bookings we request a min spend of $100 per person.
Being a seasonal venue, our min spend to secure a space exclusively is highest during peak summer. Our Functions team will be able to help navigate through the options for your event.
Please note that if a min spend amount is not met we may need to charge a room hire fee to ensure the final bill meets the min spend committed to.
Music
The Corner Deck space is not able to have it's own musician or DJ. All music across the whole Deck, including the Corner Deck, will be povided by Sebastian - we always play fun, playful, beachy music for all guests to enjoy.
Wet weather back-up
Unless the Function Room and Corner Deck are booked together, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a wet weather back-up space. We acknowledge that wet weather is out of our control, so in the event of a cancellation within 3 days due to wet weather, 75% of the pre-paid catering package will be refunded. This is because food supplies will have already been ordered.
Environmental considerations
Due to our proximity to the beach, we suggest no or minimal decorations in this space.
