The ever-popular Sebastian Chef series IS BACK in May with everyone's inner west favourite, Copper Pot Owner & Head Chef Ashley Davis. 

Sebastian Head Chef Timon Siew together with Davis have designed a spectacular Seafood Feast with a focus on our wonderful Victorian Sustainable Seafood. 

Guests can expect an intimate evening with two fantastic chefs, Siew & Davis will talk through their inspiration and experiences with farmers and suppliers sustainably producing their products.
